Who we
are
PHAM Steuerberatung is a modern tax firm in Frankfurt am Main. We support entrepreneurs, freelancers, companies and private individuals with tax-related matters – personally, systematically and digitally.
Our aim is to provide clear and forward-looking tax advice. We don’t just want to fulfill our obligations to the tax authorities, but also to help clients better understand their finances and make sound decisions.
Who we
look for
We are looking for people who understand tax consulting not just as processing cases, but as responsible work with clients, numbers and decisions.
We value diligence, a willingness to learn, and a good sense of clear communication. Professional expertise is important – but so is the willingness to think proactively, ask questions, and collaboratively develop better processes.
Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional: We welcome people who work in a structured manner, embrace digital processes openly and want to be part of a law firm that consciously positions itself as modern and personal.

Our
Values
01
- Clarity
Tax issues are often complex. We explain them in a way that makes decisions understandable. Our aim is to provide advice that doesn’t complicate matters, but rather offers guidance.
02
- Reliability
Deadlines, figures, and documents must be correct. We work in a structured, meticulous manner with clear processes so that clients can rely on their tax matters.
03
- Client orientation
Every client engagement is different. That’s why we don’t just look at individual tax returns, but at the underlying situation: the company, its goals, growth, risks, and personal circumstances.
04
- Digital collaboration
Digital collaboration is not an end in itself for us. It should simplify processes, reduce queries, and ensure that accounting, reporting, and communication become more efficient.
How we operate
We work digitally, in a structured manner, and with a clear commitment to quality. We rely on open communication, streamlined processes, and a collaborative environment where questions are encouraged and knowledge is shared.
Our goal is a working environment where professional development, responsibility and respectful interaction go hand in hand.
What we value
We value diligence, reliability, and a willingness to think proactively. If you enjoy learning, communicate clearly, and want to help shape modern law firm processes, you’d be a good fit for us.
Professional expertise is important – even more important is the attitude to take responsibility and work together to do good work for our clients.
