Our
Values
01
- Clarity
Tax issues are often complex. We explain them in a way that makes decisions understandable. Our aim is to provide advice that doesn’t complicate matters, but rather offers guidance.
02
- Reliability
Deadlines, figures, and documents must be correct. We work in a structured, meticulous manner with clear processes so that clients can rely on their tax matters.
03
- Client orientation
Every client engagement is different. That’s why we don’t just look at individual tax returns, but at the underlying situation: the company, its goals, growth, risks, and personal circumstances.
04
- Digital collaboration
Digital collaboration is not an end in itself for us. It should simplify processes, reduce queries, and ensure that accounting, reporting, and communication become more efficient.
How we operate
We work digitally, in a structured manner, and with a clear commitment to quality. We rely on open communication, streamlined processes, and a collaborative environment where questions are encouraged and knowledge is shared.
Our goal is a working environment where professional development, responsibility and respectful interaction go hand in hand.
What we value
We value diligence, reliability, and a willingness to think proactively. If you enjoy learning, communicate clearly, and want to help shape modern law firm processes, you’d be a good fit for us.
Professional expertise is important – even more important is the attitude to take responsibility and work together to do good work for our clients.

Can I also submit a speculative application?
Yes, absolutely. Even if there isn’t a suitable position currently advertised, we welcome speculative applications. Simply send us your CV, relevant certificates, and a few brief sentences about the area in which you would like to work.
Could you become my practical training partner? (Dual studies, working student, part-time work…)
Yes, we are open to collaborations within the framework of a dual study program, a working student position, or professional development courses. It is important to us that theory and practice are meaningfully integrated. Therefore, we will work together to determine which tasks, working hours, and learning objectives best suit your study or professional development model.
How long does the application process take?
We strive to review applications promptly. You will typically receive initial feedback within one week. If it takes longer, we will keep you fully informed about the next steps.
